AGENCY DISCLOSURE- Seaside Services, LLC serves as the agent & representatives of all owners of vacation properties in it’s rental program, and is acting at all times, in and for the best interest of the owners.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 P.M. - Please call in advance to let us know when you will be coming in so arrangements can be made for Guest property keys to be delivered. ~No refunds will be given for delayed arrival~ No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved with less than 7 days notice~ No refunds or reschedules due to inclement weather. Please Note-GUEST(S) NEED TO CALL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ARRIVALS ON THANKSGIVING DAY (NOV. 28) CHRISTMAS DAY (DEC. 25) AND NEW YEARS DAY (JAN. 1).
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. If you need to stay longer, please let us know as soon as possible so we can determine if this is possible. Some times we need to get into the property right away especially if we are expecting another renter on the day the guest is checking out.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS- If your full payment was not made in advance, you will be required to submit a $200 security deposit to hold the reservation (check or cash). The remainder will be due at check in (check or cash).
SECURITY DEPOSIT- Your security deposit will be subtracted from your total when you come in for your reservation. A credit card number will be required to be used only if there is damage to the property or its contents.
CANCELLATION – If cancellation is made 15 days prior to the arrival date, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days will forfeit the advance deposit or $200. There are no refunds for shortened stays. 
NO SHOW POLICY- The total amount that has been paid is non-refundable.
RETURNED CHECKS- A $35.00 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE- After your reservation has been made, if you have any questions, we will be pleased to answer them for you by calling 1-877-544-1066 or 956-761-6104.

SMOKING- Smoking is not permitted inside. If smoking occurs inside the facility, a charge will be accessed for the extra cleaning needed to rid the facility of the smell. Outside smoking is permitted but please do no litter. Failure to obey this rule will result in loss of security deposit and/or charge to credit card.  

PETS - You acknowledge that NO PETS are allowed in or on the premises unless Agent(s) has expressly authorized such use. The pet fee is $50.00 non-refundable fee. Pet limits vary by house. Our No Pet homes do not allow pets anywhere on or about the premises. IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE A DOG AND IT’S NOT LISTED ON THE LEASE THE UNAUTHORIZED OCCUPANCY OF PETS WHERE PROHIBITED WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND LOSS OF ALL RENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS! Prior permission must be granted. Specific rules must be followed. An additional pet deposit may be required. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR BEDDING.
