Great for families and you will enjoy walking out of your unit over the grassy lawn onto the beaches of South Padre Island. La Playa offers one, two and one three bedroom units. Some have great views of the ocean; others have great views of the pool area and the fireworks that take place each Friday night on the weekends and on holidays. |

| Gulfpoint is a very impressive complex with their rolling lawn area with charcoal grills placed strategically all over the complex, picnic areas, office on site, laundry facilities, large pool area with both covered and sunning areas, tennis courts and a minute walk to the beach with their own private walkway to the beach. This complex has covered parking and it is gated for security. Walk to the beach, around the corner from Schlitterbahn, close to other fun activity such as fishing, dolphin watching, Isla Blanca Park, restaurants, birdwatching, surfing, kiteboarding - the list goes on. You may never want to leave Gulfpoint, however, as the large patios look over the lawn and pool area or go out your front door to look at the pond and fountain area to birdwatch or take in our beautiful sunsets. |

Parklane Condominiums |
| Parklane is a resort in its own right with probably the most beautiful and inviting pool on the Island. The back yard is a water playground with a wading pool for the kiddies, a lazy river moat that encircles the swimming pool and a spa for the adults and lots of chairs and umbrellas for lounging. There is a public park with children’s playground right across the street in front of Parklane. These completely renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bath condos are great for both families and adults. There is an onsite Laundromat between the first and second floors and the rear balconies overlook the pool complex. Parklane is just one short block from the beach access and right around the corner from the main drag where there is a gym, several restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Parklane is also a haven for Winter Texans where many have been coming for years. It could also become your favorite come-back-to place at South Padre Island.
